Delivery times depend on the warehouse fulfilling your order. U.S. warehouses: 3–5 days after payment. Foshan, China: 15–20 days after payment. Both estimates include order processing.

Processing, Dispatch & Tracking
We confirm payment and warehouse availability, prepare the order, and dispatch it from the applicable warehouse. Processing is included in the arrival windows above; it is not an additional 24 hours. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Check the warehouse listed on the product page before ordering. If more than one warehouse is offered, confirm the warehouse selected for your order. Actual arrival can vary with the delivery address, stock availability, holidays, carrier delays, or customs clearance for shipments from China. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a specific date. Expedited shipping is not currently available.
Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
The current standard rate for delivery to U.S. addresses is $5, whether the order is fulfilled from a U.S. warehouse or Foshan. Qualifying U.S. orders of $150 or more after discounts receive free standard shipping. Available methods, applicable taxes, and the final charge are shown at checkout. Free shipping changes the cost, not the warehouse’s estimated delivery time.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Used-item requests are reviewed case by case. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us with photos so we can arrange the appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

12-Month Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, parts, and labor. Misuse and normal wear are excluded. Email sales@toolazos.com with your order number, product name or SKU, a description of the issue, and clear photos. Please contact us before sending an item back.
