Approve the order and any agreed sample, then pay the agreed advance. We reserve stock or coordinate production against the confirmed requirements.
Check & Deliver
Complete the agreed inspection and payment milestone. We release the order for pickup or delivery under the written order terms.

Delivery and payment
Flexible choices. One written basis.
Every quote must state the named place, included charges, payment milestones and responsibilities that apply to that order.
Warehouse or factory handoff
Pickup or carrier handoff can be quoted from a named location. The written order identifies whether EXW, FCA or another agreed basis applies.
Named-port shipment
FCA or FOB may be used where appropriate. The named place or port and the actual loading, export and freight responsibilities are written into the quote.
Delivery to the buyer's market
DAP or DDP is offered only when specifically reviewed and quoted. Import clearance, duties and taxes are never assumed from the word “delivery.”
Advance, balance and release
The advance funds stock reservation or production coordination. The balance and release point are defined per order; no universal percentage is promised on this page.
Written order confirmation
The paperwork stays short because the facts stay specific.
Our working model is a concise order confirmation plus clear terms. It records what will be supplied and how the order will move, without using marketing slogans as contractual promises.
