Free shipping changes the cost, not the warehouse’s estimated delivery time.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Used-item requests are reviewed case by case. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us with photos so we can arrange the appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
